Do you offer a discount?

Yes — the first 100 customers get 50% off any paid plan for life as part of our early-bird release. The Free tier is always available with 200 conversations per month, no card required.

Can I change plans anytime?

Yes. Upgrade or downgrade instantly from inside your dashboard. We prorate the difference automatically — you only pay for what you use.

What happens if I exceed my conversation limit?

We notify you when you reach 80% of your monthly conversations. You can either upgrade your plan or buy additional conversation packs at any time. Nothing is ever cut off mid-conversation.

Do I need a WhatsApp Business API number?

Yes — ChatBatt runs exclusively on the official WhatsApp Business Platform. You can bring your own existing WABA, or we will help you provision a new one during onboarding (usually takes 24–48 hours).

Is ChatBatt a Meta Tech Provider?

Yes. We are a recognized Meta Tech Provider, which means we are vetted by Meta to operate on the WhatsApp Business Platform and our integration is officially supported.

Is my data secure?

All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256). We are GDPR-aligned, never sell or share customer data, and offer a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) for businesses that require one.
